Welcome to the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Local Skills Improvement Plan Hub.
This site explains how businesses can play a part in making sure local training equips people with the right skills.
It contains links to a business survey which will help colleges and universities adapt their courses to local needs, and a series of dashboards highlighting the local training and jobs scene.

Collectively they underpin the skills plan for the city and two counties.
The three-year Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Local Skills Improvement Plan is managed by East Midlands Chamber on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions.
